About Us

Custom Plus Construction, Inc.was originated in 1993 by Clay Bradford. Clay originally grew up in Mariposa, California. Clay fell in love with the construction trade by working by his uncle’s side,Ted Dwelle, in 1989. 

As a Licensed General Contractor/Builder, (Contractor’s State License Number 672255). Clay has built over 200 homes throughout the area, as well as remodeled and improved many homes throughout the states of California and Arizona.  He takes great pride in being one of the quickest builders in the area, with superior quality in mind!
